Are you already in the mood for real ice and snow driving action in January 2023? See what is waiting for you and join our fully new Spirit of Speed Arctic ice driving training in Rovaniemi, Finland! With a new, much larger and challenging driving area, revised car fleet, brand new accommodation and easier access!
Our new driving facility is massive and offers close to impressive 300 km of track sections (compared to 16km in previous years!) on lakes, marshland and right in the forest. You could easily get lost, but we are with you all along. You will have rally stages, super stages, rally cross stages with bridges and huge track-bankings only found here and nowhere else on the planet. Be ready to turn up the levels higher than you ever imagined!
What is the best driving location without the right cars? As something new you get the chance to push a wide selection of rally prepared Porsches to the limit. Air-cooled classics and water-cooled young timers all with manual transmission and a welcomed addition of the modern mid-engined sport version of the perfectly balanced Cayman. All cars are equipped with real World Rally Championship tires which is the game-changer only to be found with us. These tires are not just a standard road tires with maybe a bit longer spikes. These are the exact works WRC tires with 384 spikes in total which won the WRC winter rallies countless times!
The programs are set up so everyone can join, regardless of the level of experience. Our skillful Scandinavian race/rally instructors will take intense care of you with a very individual approach and 1 dedicated instructor per car and a maximum of 5 cars in total!
And if you plan to join with your own individual group of up to 8-12 persons we will plan and adapt everything to your wishes and you will have the area fully on your own. Of course, for all programs Tom Kristensen can be available as your personal instructor – just let us know.
With Spirit of Speed Arctic not just the driving is a class of its own – also our accommodation.
